Susan Ranck First Graduate of On-Line Masters Degree Program
We are very pleased to announce that Susan Ranck of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is the first student to complete the On-Line Master of Agriculture degree program in the Texas A&M University Poultry Science Department. She started the program in August 2003 and has also continued her career as a Quality Assurance Manager
The Texas A&M University Poultry Science Department started the on-line degree program in 2003 to provide an opportunity for people to advance their education without leaving their current jobs or location. It is all on-line and provides advanced professional courses in many aspects of poultry science and industry. While the program can be customized to individual needs, common emphasis areas are live production, nutrition, diseases and health, and processing/food safety.
